America’s top pro softball league the AUSL established new home cities for the 2026 season, let’s take a look at where the 6 AUSL pro softball teams play.
First we have the Carolina Blaze, who play at Smith Family Stadium in Durham NC, which is in central NC. The stadium is on the Duke University campus and is the home of the Duke Blue Devils softball team.
Second we have the Chicago Bandits, who play at Parkway Bank Sports Complex in Rosemont, IL just outside of Chicago in north-eastern Illinois. The Bandits are the only team that play at a dedicated softball stadium that is unaffiliated with a college or minor league baseball team.
Third we have the Oklahoma City Spark, who play at Tom Heath Field in northern Oklahoma City. This ballpark is on the campus of Oklahoma Christian University and is the home of the Oklahoma Christian Eagles softball team.
Fourth we have the Portland Cascade who play at Hillsboro Ballpark in Hillsboro, OR. Hillsboro is a suburb just west of Portland, OR. Hillsboro Ballpark is a baseball field that is home to the Hillsboro Hops minor league baseball team.
Firth are the Texas Volts who play at Dell Diamond in Round Rock TX. Round Rock is a city just north of Austin which is in central Texas. Dell Diamond is another field built for baseball, and is also the home of the Round Rock Express minor league baseball team.
Finally we have the Utah Talons who play at Dumke Family Softball Stadium in Salt Lake City, UT which is North central Utah. This is the home field of the Utah Utes college softball team on the University of Utah campus.
If you are keeping track that’s 3 teams that play on college fields, 2 on minor league baseball fields, and one on a private dedicated softball field… for now! Looking at these pictures, each field honestly looks like a great facility and would be a wonderful place to play or watch a game.
